Every Canadian province and territory offers its unique immigration pathways through the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These programs enable provinces and territories to nominate international skilled workers seeking to immigrate to Canada and desiring to settle in a specific province.
Non- Express Entry
- On your behalf, we will seek nomination from the province or territory through a non-Express Entry stream.
- You need to meet the eligibility requirements of the province that nominates you.
- After your nomination, we will prepare and submit your application for permanent residence to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada on your behalf.
- To reside in Canada, passing a medical exam and obtaining a police clearance certificate is mandatory for everyone, regardless of where in Canada you intend to live.
- Application processing times are longer than through Express Entry.
Express Entry
In the online Express Entry process, there are 2 ways to apply:
- We submit an application to the province or territory on your behalf, seeking a nomination under an Express Entry stream.
- Should the province or territory decide to nominate you, we’ll either create an Express Entry profile for you or update your existing one, indicating that you have received a nomination.
OR
- We create your Express Entry profile, highlighting your interest in specific provinces and territories.
- If a province or territory sends a “notification of interest” to your account, you contact them directly.
- We apply to their Express Entry stream on your behalf:
- If you receive a nomination, the province will extend the offer to you via your portal account, where you can accept it electronically.
